This project introduces two newly constructed, pre-engineered metal shell buildings designed to offer maximum flexibility for future tenant improvements. The architecture elevates a traditional industrial footprint with contemporary elements, featuring crisp white siding, warm wood-slat accents, and expansive storefront glazing that creates an inviting commercial entry. Beyond the building design, our comprehensive project scope included a two-parcel lot subdivision and the integration of fresh landscaping to deliver a polished, ready-to-lease commercial campus.
