This 1,500-square-foot tenant improvement project successfully transforms an existing commercial space into a functional and compact Mexican grill. The highly efficient floor plan features a newly integrated full commercial kitchen and a dedicated prep area, strategically designed to support high-volume culinary operations. To elevate the guest experience, the layout includes a custom indoor beverage and salsa station that flows into an inviting, landscaped outdoor dining patio, balancing functional back-of-house design with a welcoming dining environment.
