This project provides 36 residential housing units within the community of San Miguel. CA, within an vacant and under-utilized site zoned "rec". The recreation zone allows for the development of single family or multi-family housing. The 36 units are all 2 bedroom and 2 bath units, and share parking and public amenities on site. In addition, the architectural design conforms to the San Miguel community planning area standards and complements the historic mission.
